breakthesilence #breakthesilence

When words fail, music speaks. This is the impressive and moving story of Erik, who became traumatized and its aftermath. It is all about the universal battle with memories. The fall and the rise. #Breakthesilence is the impressive pop-rock concept debut album by 7even Bridges. Filled with songs and stories about the devastating impact trauma has on a person. Each track is a chapter, with the stories flowing seamlessly into each other.

The concept of this record is that everyone has their own story. Not always talked about, but which should be heard. 7even Bridges holds the hand of the listener well and only releases after the end of the album. Besides the music and the sometimes moving lyrics, the characteristic seven-part harmony vocals, is what distinguishes the band and the album. The harmonies are very tastefully composed, testify to years of experience and are the signature of the band.

#breakthesilence has been recorded and mixed in the Sound Vision Studios in Arnhem, the Netherlands. The half speed mastering has been taken care of by mastering engineer Miles Showell in the famous Abbey Roads Studio in London, England. In the past Miles Showell showed his magic in the music of world famous bands as The Beatles, Queen, Eric Clapton, The Who and The Roling Stones. #breakthesilence peaked at #25 in the Dutch Album Top 100. The vinyl edition did even better, peaking at #8 in the Dutch Vinyl Top 33.
